I would like nothing more than for the Indians to embarrass the pants off of the Yankees and send them packing early because Yankee fans are convinced that they are better (you know, than...like...everyone) even though the Indians whooped their pinstriped butts on Thursday night.
So now the statement "I root for two teams - the Red Sox and anyone who plays the Yankees" really has significant meaning for me now.
And can someone tell A-Rod that no one wants to see his friggin gum every two seconds. That man is truly everything I hate in human beings.
Other than that, things are going well.
A long Columbus Day weekend is 52 minutes away and Geoff and I are getting burritos tonight, which always make me very happy.
I also find myself really into The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking on youtube even though Geoff told me that he thought that particular Pippi was "hot". That Swedish Pippi from 1969 is looking better and better.
